A: Every plant is carefully packed in durable 5-ply cardboard, with moisture-retaining packing and breathable wrapping to ensure it stays healthy during transit and reaches you fresh.

A: We guarantee 100% plant health on delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, just reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll either replace it or refund your purchase.

We currently deliver across mainland India. Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes around 3–7 days, depending on courier service and distance. To ensure your plants arrive healthy, we add a moisturiser component and fertiliser in the packing. This helps prevent wilting and supports quick recovery after transit.

A: Unpack your plant immediately, water lightly, and place it in indirect sunlight. Keep soil moist, especially during the first week. Most of the plants we sell are low-maintenance and thrives with minimal care.
