Coir Moss Pole for Climbing Plants (Pack of 2)

Give your climbing plants the support they need to grow tall and healthy. Each pole is made of natural coconut coir fibre wrapped around a solid, durable pipe base, with a protective mesh sleeve. It is a single seamless piece, so the height is fixed and it won’t come apart or wobble. Size: Medium

Benefits:

  • Natural coir fibre holds moisture, so aerial roots can grip and climb
  • Encourages upright growth, bigger leaves and a fuller look
  • Strong pipe base keeps the pole stable in the pot
  • Seamless one-piece design that lasts through many growing seasons
  • Natural, biodegradable coir material that is safe for plants

Care Instructions:

  • Push the pipe base deep into the pot before filling with soil, so the pole stands firm
  • Mist the coir every few days to keep it slightly damp. Aerial roots attach best to a damp pole
  • Tie the plant stem loosely to the pole with soft twine at first, until the roots grip on their own
  • Keep the pole out of standing water and wash off any salt or dirt buildup now and then
  • Use in bright, indirect light, away from harsh afternoon sun

Ideal For:

  • Monstera, money plant (pothos), philodendron, syngonium and other climbing plants
  • Home gardens, balconies, terraces and indoor plant collections
  • Plant lovers who want their climbers to grow upward with larger leaves

Common Problems:

  • Plant is leaning or falling: The pole isn’t deep enough in the pot. Push the base lower or add heavier soil.
  • Roots aren’t sticking to the pole: The coir has dried out. Mist it more often and tie the stem closer to the pole.
  • Coir looks dry or brittle: This is normal with age. Moisten it regularly.
  • Mold on the coir: The pole is staying too wet. Mist less, increase airflow and let the surface dry between mistings.
