Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Plantrea, we take pride in delivering healthy plants and quality handicrafts. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days for plants and 15 days for handicrafts. If the applicable days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Plants: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery if damaged or unhealthy (with clear photos). Plants cannot be returned once unpacked, planted, or after 7 days.
  • Handicrafts: Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable and live plants beyond the 7-day window
  • Custom or personalized handicrafts
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received/verified, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before the refund is posted).
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at wynpros@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. For exchanges of handicrafts or replacement of plants, email us at wynpros@gmail.com within the eligible time frame.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return a handicraft product, you should mail your item to:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For higher-value handicrafts, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • For plants, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, customers must report damages with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
